At KK Studio, we want customers to make informed purchase decisions. Because of the nature of our products and our business policy, all sales are final once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully made.

KK Studio does not provide a general return or refund facility for completed purchases. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product information and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

Important: No term in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

No Returns

KK Studio does not accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind after purchase. Once an order has been placed, the product cannot ordinarily be returned to KK Studio.

Examples of Non-Returnable Situations

Change of mind after placing the order.
Personal preference regarding style, design or colour after purchase.
Incorrect size, quantity or variant selected by the customer while ordering.
An item is no longer required after the order has been placed.
A customer later decides that they would prefer a different product.

No Refunds

Payments made to KK Studio for confirmed orders are non-refundable as a general policy. We do not provide cash refunds, bank refunds, payment-gateway reversals, store-credit refunds or other reimbursement solely because a customer no longer wants the ordered product.

Customers should therefore verify all order details carefully before completing payment.

Genuine Order Issues

This policy does not create a voluntary return or refund program. However, if you believe you have received an incorrect item, an item damaged in transit, or there is another genuine issue that may require a remedy under applicable law, please contact KK Studio customer care with your order details and supporting information.

KK Studio will review such requests individually. Any action taken will depend on the facts of the case, available evidence and applicable legal requirements. Contacting us does not automatically guarantee a return, replacement or refund.

Where possible, keep the original packaging and provide clear photographs or other reasonable evidence of the reported issue when contacting customer support.

Order Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order and delivery information. KK Studio may not be able to modify an order after it has entered processing or dispatch.

If you notice an error in your order details, contact customer care as soon as possible. Any requested modification is subject to operational feasibility and is not guaranteed.
